The glaze was thin and uneven in some places, to the point that I would consider the mug I received a second. Jaclyn offered to send a new one, which was a perfect resolution for what could have remained a disappointing experience. I will not hesitate to buy from JacPot again!

I've had my eye on this beautiful mug for awhile. The quality is amazing and looked exactly as it does in the picture. I love starting my morning off with my favorite coffee mug!
